Call offices at: (616) 466-4274 or Toll-Free at: (877) 566-4274. Listen to the menu. Push the appropriate number for Client Representative, New Cases, or for an Investigator on Call.

SIG provides up to a 30 minute No Charge Consultation.
Representative verifies Case can be assigned due to Need, Availability, and Legal Purpose.
Representative sends the link for the SIG Add A Case to the client's email.

Video on 'HOW TO' Create a profile and case with SIG
Addresses; Pics; Vids; Legal Documents uploaded by client or client's legal representative.
SIG Representative can speak to client & client's legal representative to go over any additional concerns, questions and concerns.
Retainer is Generated by SIG Representative.
Once the retainer is paid, your SIG Representative will schedule your Case, Surveillance, GPS Install, etc.
Case is assigned to Investigator(s).

Evidence, Details, Interviews, Reports, Video, Photos, etc are uploaded for the case.
Representative communicates details to the Client, and or Attorney.
Changes & Modifications to Case if necessary.
Evidence, Details, Interviews, Reports, Video, Photos, etc are uploaded for the case.
Representative communicates details to the Client, and or Attorney.
Evidence, Details, Interviews, Reports, Video, Photos, etc are uploaded for the case. *IF needed.
Finish Case.

Speak to Attorney or Legal Representative regarding needs of client. E.G. Phone;
Invoice retainer for need.
Testify; Report; Show Evidence Collected.
Return any unused Retainer.
